Soil Mix for Hoya

Our Soil Mix for Hoya is a professional blend developed in collaboration with the Italian Hoya Association to ensure excellent drainage, good aeration, and substrate stability, which are essential elements for the proper cultivation of Hoya plants.

The composition is based on a balance between mineral and organic components: pumice and lapillus ensure excellent water drainage and an airy structure, perlite provides lightness and permeability, zeolite allows efficient cation exchange with the roots, while earthworm humus and a small organic fraction help maintain the right level of nutrients without causing waterlogging.

This substrate reduces the risk of root rot and promotes healthy and compact development of the root system, making it suitable both for repotting and for continuous cultivation.

The Soil Mix for Hoya is suitable for all Hoya species: H. carnosa, H. kerrii, H. linearis, H. australis, H. wayetii, H. callistophylla, H. mathilde e many others!
