The Sphagnum peat is a special type of peat (deposit of plant remains waterlogged and partially decomposed organic material) characterized by high levels of purity, a very low pH, almost devoid of nitrogen and minerals. Its composition is particularly suitable for the cultivation of cacti, succulents and carnivorous. It comes from the famous peat bogs in Ireland.


  • Any substrate for flowering plants, shrubs and trees that need acid soil, like azaleas, hydrangeas, etc.. (can also be used pure);
  • All species of cacti and succulents, mixed with other components;
  • All species of carnivorous plants;
  • Preparation of molds with universal function of lightening, increase of the permeability and organic matter content;
  • Preparation of specific soils (annual plants, succulents, house plants ...);
  • Preparation of soils for professional fresh horticultural nurseries, green plants and gardens.
